Training Move is delighted to offer a 5 days Non Domestic Energy Assessor qualification for Level 3 and Level 4 commercial EPC assessments.

Training for City & Guilds Level 4 Diploma in Non Domestic Energy Assessment will be taught during 5 days EPC training  course. This will include completion of 2 EPCs  out of 5 EPCs required for the portfolio. During training one Level 3 and one Level 4 EPC assessment will be completed for the portfolio.

 

Student will then produce another 3 EPCs (Two level 4 EPCs  and one level 3 EPC) in his/her own time in order to complete the portfolio. We shall provide full suppport via email / phone whenever required. 

Level 3 buildings are characterised with no or simple air conditioning systems whereas Level 4 commercial buildings possess un-common characteristics and complex air conditioning systems..

There is no pre qualification or experience required to train as domestic energy assessor.

This Qualification is suitable for the candidates who are at-least 18 years old or above.

NDEA Level 3 & 4 Combined - 5 days Classroom ON Training Move
This a Level 4 Diploma ( 6361-08) awarded by City & Guilds. On successful completion of this course learner will be awarded a Level 4 Diploma in Non Domestic Energy Assessment (6361-08) by City & Guilds. For NDEA Level 3 & 4 combined Training Course the certification will arrive within 2 weeks after successful completion of portfolio.

☛  Insulation U-values and Building Regs for insulation.
☛ Dimensions, Floor Plan, Measuring, Zoning and Envelopes.
☛  Measuring a building and data calculation exercise .
☛  HVAC / Local Heaters / Simple heating systems / HVAC Controls.
☛  Mechanical Ventilations/Fans/exhausts/Lighting and controls
☛  iSBEM Software Download/install - iSBEM overview / Practical Exercises / data entry.
☛  2 Case Studies & Completion for Portfolio / New Build Assessment exercise
☛  Assignment's completion.

Assessment

Learner's competence will be assessed by Training Move's assessor approved by City & Guilds. Learner will submit a completed portfolio for the assessment. Assessment is normally completed in one week. For Commercial EPC Training Course an assessment completion means a certification within couple of weeks after successful sign-off of the portfolio.
